Greenway Recovery & Wellness, operated by Infinity Health Inc., provides compassionate, individualized healthcare for adults in Morganton and surrounding communities. Services include treatment for substance use disorders, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with buprenorphine-based medications, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, mental health care, ADHD treatment, and weight-management services. Our goal is to provide respectful, evidence-based care in a comfortable and nonjudgmental setting while helping each patient improve their health, stability, and overall quality of life. Treatment plans are individualized according to each patient’s clinical needs, with both in-person and telehealth appointments available when appropriate. We accept participating insurance plans and offer affordable self-pay options. New patients are welcome.
