We had heard building a home could be stressful but when you add living/working in another state, well that could take your stress to a whole another level. Jeff Knox was extremely patient throughout the many design changes and Randy, Brandon and Jerry were nothing but professional and helpful during the build process. At times, it was a little challenging not being able to be on site but the use of their Builder’s Trend web site gave us some comfort allowing us to monitor our build progress. MM was not only able to stay within budget but was also able to complete on schedule. We are extremely pleased with the quality and end result and would recommend them to anyone.”

“This was to be the first home we had designed and built. It was 800 miles from our home in Wisconsin, in an area of the Blue Ridge mountains that we had decided was the place for us to retire and enjoy life. From day one, Mike was there to help us get through the initial stage.  Courtney called and arranged for us to meet with all the vendors to make selections for the build.  She answered all of our questions and helped us with some of our outside selections.  She really is a great and beautiful person.  Mike told us that if we could get all of our selections finished in one week instead of the normal two-to-three weeks, that he could get us closed before another interest rate raise.  We did and so did he (a man of his word, he made it happen).  Many thanks to Randy and Brandon and all the other Moss-Marlow employees who had a hand in the build.  The sub-contractors who worked on our home were all knowledgeable and did a great job too.  Randy and Brandon are over the top and anyone building a new home would be fortunate to  have them supervise the build.  All great people and we could not have made this journey without them, including the amazing office staff.  We are proud to be part of the Moss-Marlow family.  Thank you so much!
